ADataSight Terms of Service

Welcome to ADataSight ("we", "our", "us", or "Company"), operated by ADataSight Technology Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our data analytics platform, including our Looker Studio connector and related services.

By accessing or using ADataSight services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

ADataSight provides:

• Data integration and analytics platform
• Google Looker Studio connector
• Data visualization templates
• Facebook advertising data integration with Google Analytics
• Related technical support services

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the accuracy of such information.

You must use a valid Google account for authentication and may need to authorize access to your Facebook advertising account.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

4.1 License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ADataSight services during the term of these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Looker Studio Connector Terms

Our Looker Studio connector is provided for legitimate data analysis purposes only.

You are responsible for ensuring proper authorization for all connected data sources.

We reserve the right to monitor connector usage for compliance and security purposes.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or connect to our service.

We process your data only as necessary to provide our services.

We access advertising data from your authorized Facebook account and display it through Google Analytics-compatible reports.

We do not store raw ad creative or audience data beyond what's necessary for service provision.

5.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

You may revoke data access permissions at any time via your Facebook, Google, or account settings.

We recommend regular backups of important data.

6. Subscription, Billing and Refunds

6.1 Service Plans

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users.

Subscription plans: Monthly NT$300 (~USD$10) or Annual NT$3,000 (~USD$100)

Pricing may be adjusted based on currency fluctuations.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing cycle via TapPay or other authorized payment processors.

We may suspend services for non-payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

6.3 Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable, including partial usage periods and unused features.

Annual subscriptions include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee from the payment date.

Refunds may be considered for billing errors or service disruptions exceeding 72 consecutive hours, at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Rights

ADataSight platform and all its contents are protected by intellectual property laws.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

7.2 Your Rights

You retain intellectual property rights in your uploaded content.

You grant us the necessary rights to provide our services.

8. Service Availability and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Level

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates with advance notice when possible.

8.2 Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Continuous service availability
• Meeting specific requirements
• Error-free operation

Data availability depends on external platforms like Facebook and Google.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the incident
• This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence

10. Service Termination

You may terminate your account at any time.

Prepaid fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis where applicable.

We may terminate your service for:

• Violation of these Terms
